Work Hours: 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
Job Summary: Our Delivery Drivers have a vital role in our day-to-day operation as one of the primary links between our customers and our counter sales team. They are responsible for making deliveries on time and making sure of their correctness. When not making deliveries they will be assisting our warehouse staff with inventory control. They are responsible for filling orders, loading products for customers, and helping with shipping & receiving.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid SC Driver’s License
- Able to lift/move 70-100 lbs. reliably
- Able to operate a forklift a plus – training will be provided
- Good communication skills
- The ability to multi-task is a must

Technical Support Position:

Job Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of gas (LP & Natural) and electrical (heat strips and heat pumps)
- Must possess strong troubleshooting skills in control and line voltages.
- Must be able to troubleshoot load devices including, but not limited to, Compressors, blower motors, and motor starters.
- Have a general knowledge of inverter compressor operation and diagnostics.
- Must be able to troubleshoot control devices including, but not limited to, thermostats, limit switches, and lockout relays.
- Must be able to perform skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of heating and air conditioning equipment using in-depth knowledge of electrical and refrigerant fundamentals.
- Must have the ability to diagnose equipment problems over the phone.
- Must possess the ability to select, use, and maintain common hand tools and test equipment.
- Must be able to read schematics.
- Inspect units and or parts for defects and workmanship.
- Work from written or verbal orders, including sketches or diagrams.
- Practice and support McCall’s values with internal employees as well as external customers.
- Perform other related duties as required by the supervisor.
- Must be willing to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: High School diploma/GED
- Background Experience: 5 years in the HVAC industry with installation and technical background.
- Required Certification: Universal Refrigerant Technician per EPA’s CFC/HCFC Refrigerant Processing Certification Program.
- Valid Driver’s License: With a clean background check.
- Physical Demands: Occasional lifting up to 60 lbs. Frequent strain due to the position of the body. May be exposed to high noise levels, dust, heat, and airborne particles
