Willie began his career with McCall's Supply Inc on May 25, 1977 in Myrtle Beach as an Assistant Manager, Delivery Driver and Counter Sales. A couple of years later, he became manager of the Myrtle Beach location. He managed this location until the spring of 2009 when he moved to the home office in Johnsonville to assume the position of inventory control and logistics. Willie has been married to his lovely wife, Karen, for 29 years and is the proud father of a son, Adam and a daughter, Kelsey.
