It is a great privilege to honor our long time customer & good friend, Bruce Brown.
Bruce Brown has been doing business with McCall’s Supply, Inc for 40 years! The relationship started one day when Jim “Mr. Jim” McCall, founder of McCall’s, Inc, was driving through town & stopped by to introduce himself & his company. Bruce got into this industry by working for Rawl’s Hardware in Andrews until he bought their Heating & Air business in 1968. Bruce started with 1 truck & 1 helper and now, some 40 years later, has a thriving business in sales & service of Commercial & Residential equipment with 8 employees & 6 trucks. When asked about his secrets to success, Bruce replied without hesitation: “We stand behind what we sell, and we treat EVERY customer like we would like to be treated!” He continued by giving thanks to ”The Good Lord”, his wife of 49 years, Ann, and his family!
Bruce stated that he has stuck with McCall’s for all of these years because “they will do WHATEVER it takes to meet my needs and all of the long term relationships are special and valuable”!
