Technical Training Schedule (Q1 and Q2)
For the first time McCall's is able to offer in depth training tailored to our customers needs. The training will offer speedy accurate trouble shooting which means more profit and less call back which also means more profit. These classes qualify for state and nate continuing education credits . Please read over dates below and make plans to attend!
Residential Heat Pump Systems (OLCSM-218-P2 $105.00 per participant) – this will cover refrigerant-side service and diagnostics for packaged and split-system heat pumps. R-410a service procedures for change-outs and new systems will be included as well as making airflow measurements in the field. Technicians will be trained in how to use our Jobsite Information Sheets for quick problem resolution. This is full-day Top Technician Training event.

Thermostatic Expansion Valves – Why and How (OTN-TEV $39.75 per participant) – this 4-hour session will cover TEV’s in detail, increasing technician proficiency and reducing misdiagnosed warranty valve failures and field down-time.

Variable Speed Motors- Operation, Setup and Diagnostics (OLC-ECM $39.75 per participant) – this 4-hour session will eliminate the fears and misconceptions about our ECM and X-13 blower motors. Setup and diagnostics made easy, every tech or startup mechanic will benefit from this class.

Split System Electrical A/C Characteristics (OLCSM-305-P2 $105.00 per participant) – troubleshooting techniques for both line and low voltage circuit problems will be covered in this full-day Top Technician Training event. Compressor and motor electrical diagnostics measurements will be explained in detail.
